The brand is proud to announce that Matt Kelton, a third-generation franchise executive, has been named the new Vice President of Franchise Development. Kelton joins the team as former Chief Development Officer Stephen Dixon moves into retirement after 14 dedicated years to the organization. Kelton is looking forward to building upon Dixon’s legacy.
Kelton joins Children’s Lighthouse with decades of extensive executive and leadership experience. He spent his 25-plus professional years as chief operating officer, then president at Computer Renaissance, and as chief operating officer at Showhomes Home Services. He is respected for implementing multimillion-dollar revenue growth and transforming struggling companies into thriving enterprises. Bringing a strong vision for development, Kelton is equipped to facilitate growth at Children’s Lighthouse.
